This programme is designed to equip a student with strong technical skills and management skills that make them effective technical support personnel in a computing environment but good managers of technical processes. It also serves as an entry point for those interested in pursuing higher qualifications (degree) in Information Technology based degree programmes but did not meet the university entry requirements. Successful completion of this programme leads to the award of “Diploma in Information and Communication Management of Maseno University”.

Admission requirements
Duration of the Programme
The duration of the programme shall normally be five semesters. One semester is equivalent to fifteen (15) continuous weeks plus one semester of industrial attachment.
Teaching methods
The teaching methods shall include lectures, Laboratory Exercises, Programming Projects, seminars, tutorials, discussions, and practical.
